Shipping & Tracking

Production:
As each piece of jewelry is made-to-order, all orders will require 2 business days production, and shipped out on 3^rd business day from the date it is placed. Orders placed after 5pm PST will be considered received the next business day.

Shipping rate:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you need your item sooner, express shipping is available at an additional cost. Please email us to inquire: hello@aishicojewelry.com 

Estimated shipping time:
Canada: 2-8 business days
USA: 3-6 business days
*Shipping time may differ for remote addresses, during holiday season or due to unforeseen circumstances.
 
Tracking:
All our shipment orders come with tracking, signature not required.
 
Taxes/duties:
Orders to Canada will not incur any duties. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
Orders under $800 USD to the US (with the free standard shipping option) will not incur any taxes/duties. Express shipping option may be subject to taxes/duties as a different postal carrier will be used.
