Your experience and satisfaction are important to us! While we aim to create pieces that our customers will love and treasure, if for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectation, simply request a return within 15 days of delivery via hello@aishicojewelry.com

Eligibility

• item must be in unworn/unused, unaltered, undamaged condition, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging
• proof of purchase required
• customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
• a submitted return request must be accepted before an item can be sent back

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you actually want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to determine if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be reminded that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
