What is your production timeframe?
As each piece of jewelry is made-to-order, by hand, all orders will require 2 business days production, shipped out on 3^rd business day. Orders placed after 5pm PST will be considered received the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only able to ship to Canada and the US.

Do you offer free shipping? How about express shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you require express shipping, please email hello@aishicojewelry.com for time frame and rates.

Will I need to pay duties on my shipment package?
Orders to Canada will not incur any duties. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
Orders under $800 USD to the US (with the free standard shipping option) will not incur any taxes/duties. Express shipping option may be subject to taxes/duties as a different postal carrier will be used.

Can orders be cancelled or edited once placed?
Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or edit orders that have been filled.

Do you offer gift packaging?
All our jewelry come with packaging ready for gifting.
